There is no forms or qualifications needed. Only I.D. is required
CCO shares a building with Greater Works Church. The entrance is located on the North side of the building.

This program happens annually during the Fall of each year (around Thanksgiving and Christmas)
CCO holds an annual Backpack 4 Life event that is centered around school supplies, community resources and health/medical information services. This event happens before the start of the Fall school year.
Backpack 4 Life is a community based event held in August of each year. The focus of this event to provide services for the whole family and well as provide resources and information from local businesses and community-based services.
CCO is currently partnered with a couple of Senior communities where food is delivered to the senior community center for distribution. If you would like to find out if your senior community can be added please use the contact form and provide the details of your facility.
